Best alarm clock ever
Clocky is an alarm clock on wheels. When the alarm goes off the clock jumps off your bedside table so you actually have to get out of bed to find it and turn it off. It was prototyped a while ago but now you can actually buy it.

The Wii Loop Machine
The Amazing Rolo (and by this effort I think we can probably say that he really is amazing) has used a Wii controller and a Mac to create an amazing system to create and manipulate music loops.
